fonts-taml-tscu software package provides TSCu family of non Unicode fonts for Tamil script, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-taml-tscu
fonts-taml-tscu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-taml-tscu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-taml-tscu *
You will get with fonts-taml-tscu package name, version, architecture and description in a table
